At Perennial Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your items as soon as you receive your order. If you feel an item you’ve received is defective or incorrect, or you are missing an item, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please make it clear you are wishing to RETURN a purchase in your message.
Procedures for Returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a clearance or discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. The price of those items will end in 00.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Include your original receipt. (Please circle the item(s) on your receipt that you wish to return.)
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our location.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit when sending back an item. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
